SPOCE established the KSERT College of Education in 2002 at Humhama (Budgam), about 6 Km from the Capital City of Srinagar. The College is affiliated to the University of Kashmir, Srinagar, and stands recognized by the UGC, under section 2(f) of UGC Act of 1956 under reference No. F-8/259/2005(CPPI) dated 7-5-2005. KSERT College imparts instructions in B.Ed and BBA Courses.
The SPOCE Trust established Delhi Public School, Budgam under the aegis of Delhi Public School society. DPS Budgam was established initially in Humhama (Budgam) in 2008. As the school expanded, a new campus was developed in Sheikhpora (Budgam). The school currently has about 3200 students, some of whom receive tuition freeships.
