Welcome to the website of the Society for Promotion of Culture and Education (SPOCE). SPOCE is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered with the Jammu and Kashmir Government (Registration No. 627-S) and focuses primarily on educational and socio-cultural issues. The Society, set up originally in the 1980s, has set up a few educational institutions and is looking to support efforts to promote the preservation of the State’s cultural heritage.
